We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
If your return is approved, you will receive store credit.
Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
Final Sale
All discounted or promotional items are final sale.
Due to the nature of certain garments, bodysuits and intimate items are also final sale.
Processing & Shipping
Orders are prepared and shipped within up to 10 business days, depending on order volume and selected shipping method.
Tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
Order Adjustments
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified.

Lilac & White Co is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
If your package cannot be located:
Please file a claim directly with USPS, UPS, or FEDEX
The carrier will investigate the delivery status
